Day-wise Itinerary
Manali – Drive to Kuhlang – Trek to Moridugh 2500 mts
Early morning breakfast. Short 30-minute drive to Kuhlang village. Trek to Moridugh — easy gradual ascent. 4-5 hrs.
Overnight: Camp Moridugh
Moridugh to Bota Dugh 3200 mts
Easy ascent with gradual climb through forest and meadows. Start of trek is flat then steep climbing for 1-2 hrs. Beautiful trek through meadows and forests with a small river crossing on the way. Pack lunch on route. 4-5 hrs.
Overnight: Camp Bota Dugh
Bota Dugh to Bhrigu Lake 4277 mts and Back
Early morning breakfast then start with pack lunch for Bhrigu Lake. Trek over the meadows of Bhrigu range and alpine forests of oak and birch to the sacred Bhrigu Lake at 4277 mts. Evening return to Bota Dugh camp. 7-8 hrs.
Overnight: Camp Bota Dugh
Bota Dugh to Manali via Vashisht 2010 mts
Today the trek goes downhill all the way to base camp Manali through Vashisht Village. End of trek and services.

- Day temperature in the sun is pleasant but windy but nights are cold
- Temperature at night and in rain and snow can really go down – sometimes below zero
- Be well prepared with warm clothing
- Mountain water is provided boiled – chlorine pills also recommended as mountain water is hard
